N.I.M.O.S
NIMOS is a Christian slimming club.
"The initials (N.I.M.O.S) stand for "not in my own strength" which is a paraphrase of the Bible verse Phillipians 4:13. It reads "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
NIMOS believes in an holistic approach to well being and acknowledges that the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of a person must all be met in order to promote successful weight loss.
NIMOS is an interdenominational initiative serving the community. Everyone is welcome, both Christians and non-Christians alike. "
